Our foremost priority
We work closely with the medical teams of the individuals we support to ensure that they are in good health, we monitor their medical needs with an effective healthcare records management system, We also consult with registered nurses from our affiliate home health care agency Aldrich Care Solutions who audit medication administration procedures, implementation of personalized protocols and provide training to enhance efficiency and consistency throughout our program.

Individuals we support are encouraged to engage in diverse activities offered within the community in an effort to help develop natural support with trusted members of their communities.

Individuals are supported to have choice, control and be respected, they are involved in decision-making processes that affect them based on informed choice and dignity of risk.
We strive to ensure that all Individuals are supported in making their own life choices within their home environment and community involvement.
They participate in meetings with staff to discuss concerns, activities of interest and ways in which supports and services that affect their lives can be improved. This is to ensure that each Individual is heard and supported to thrive and build independence.
COMMUNICATION
Regular updates
We believe in being open and honest, through frequent communication. We provide opportunities for active family involvement through family participation in preferred activities and events, surveys, team meetings and much more! We respect the family’s involvement and value them as a team member of the individuals support circle.
